Lever Push

Again, I designed the scientist poses for the Lever Push, whilst then Thaxnay took it into After Effects and breathed the life into it until we both found a pose that we loved, and a certain attitude to the way the scientist performed in the shot, and the way the lever interacted with the scientist.

We also composited this smoke cloud into the shot, as The Scientist pushes the lever forward. It builds on the immersive zany atmosphere that we continuously tried to capture. The films production was really havy on layering each shot up with various things. Every shot is so rich for this reason. 

Thax's background rendered from Autodesk Maya was then composited behind these two components for the shot. Below is the finished piece.
